What we collect
Reading the library requires no account and no personal information. If you subscribe, we collect the details needed to process that payment and to send a receipt. If you create an account, we store your name, email address, date of birth, language preferences and your profile photograph if you upload one.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Your books
The diaries, memorial books, event records, photographs and videos you create are private to your account and to anyone you have explicitly invited or shared a book with. We do not read them, share them, or use them for any purpose other than showing them back to you.
We email you only what you have asked for: subscription receipts, account messages, and invitations you or another member have sent. You can change your details at any time from your profile.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your reading position. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
